  • Space planning – look at major activities, items needed, frequency and accessibility and storage or lack of storage.

  • Paper Management – Creating homes for papers coming in, requiring action, current projects, reference, vital documents, and papers going out. Also help with reducing junk mail and reducing chance of identity theft.

  • Filing Systems (aka Finding Systems)  - Creating structure for paper and computerized documents.
